I recently grabbed some of my favourites in the second drop of Jourdan Dunn’s “Londunn” collaboration with Missguided. I had so many favourites in the collection, from the flared sleeve tops to the side split maxi dress, but this denim skirt was so unique and different that I just had to!
Check the details 😍😍😍

I paired it with a simple basic white t-shirt that I got from Lasula. The slogan says “The future is female”, a little nice touch that does all the talking for you. We are the future.

Hey Guys!

It's been a crazy week over here. So much work, so little time!

Apart from the usual busy London life, a few amazing things have happened and I've been getting some great news. So I'm a happy gal.

I've been featured on Lasula's platforms for two weeks straight (woohoo!). Which might not be anything to you guys, but its huge win for me!
I've also been able to shoot with other amazing brands including Wool and the Gang & Auraldn

Just so grateful, because I have loads more amazing things I want to achieve and this is super encouragement for me to "just keep at it". I can't help but be excited for what 2018 will bring.
Stay tuned guys!

I don't often gravitate towards red clothing BUT these trousers!? I LOVE!

I've wanted flared trousers for a while now and I picked these beauties up from ASOS Tall.
I do admit I feel a bit like dancing lady emoji 💃

The fit is so incredible! I couldn't believe the material quality and the fact that they were long enough for me. I'm so used to trying something on and it not fitting correctly.
Kudos to all brands that have a Tall section. It's highly appreciated! Gone are the days of wearing trousers that don't fit or sleeves that are too short. (The struggle was so real! lol)

If you're a fellow tall gal, I've linked my favourite brands with "Tall" sections. Check them out, they will change your life:

White Tie Front Top - Lasula

I'm totally in love with these boots I bought from Lasula. I've been eyeing up silver shoes in all different styles for a while now, so I was super pleased when I added these beauties to my collection.

They are definitely the most stylish boots I currently have in my collection and I couldn't wait to play around a couple different looks.
I've paired my boots with a crop top and distressed high waisted jeans (also from Lasula) for some laid back glam, topped off with my Kurt Cobain-esque sunnies. Threw on my Cheap Monday Silver bomber jacket and ASOS bum bag and was ready to go.

They're manufactured very well and super great quality for £48 booties. PLUS with Lasula's current sale happening, you'll be able to get extra some cash knocked off.

So GUYS! 👀

There's a brand that I'm completely in love with called "Lasula".

You may have already heard about them as they're growing so quickly and becoming super popular on the 'Gram.
I've been a customer with them for a full year now, so I've been able to try loads of their items out and I am proud to say, that they have completely stolen my heart!

I stumbled on to their Instagram page a year ago and decided to try them out. I nabbed a couple of pieces and never turned back.

Amongst my (ridiculously) huge order, I picked this denim bardot dress. It's super light-weight, breezy, comfortable to wear and doesn't feel cheap! I tend to find all their items are surprisingly good quality. You can check out some other items I've bought from them on my Instagram.

If you don't already follow them on Instagram, what are you doing? You're missing out on the most epic and random flash sales EVER. One time they did a 40% off sale on EVERYTHING! I was shaking at my office desk. An addict, is the best way to describe my behaviour, haha!

Stay tuned for my "Lasula Autumn Wishlist" blog post - coming next week.

In the meantime, check out their website here: www.Lasula.co.uk

We all are wired to evolve and grow. The desire to be better at something is innate in us all.
I've been reflecting on a couple areas in my life and thinking about the ways I can get better.

One main area is my productivity and managing all the different things I do. So, I did a little research into how I can get better at this. I found 5 ways that I can improve on my productivity and become an effective person in my various fields. So, why not share them with you all!

Hopefully, these tips will be great for you too and if you already know about them, they will serve as a lovely refresh!

1. Eliminate all the tasks you spend time on that are not benefitting you (or helping others) in any way. Be pro-active! Focus on the things that you can control and avoid spending any time on things you can not control.

2. Automate your processes. Are there any tools/tech that you can use to ensure that you're not wasting time on tedious tasks?
Because anything that requires you to do it more than two to three times, needs to be automated
E.g. Fellow bloggers, did you know that you can schedule your Instagram posts? (I'll speak more on this at a later date if you guys want, let me know).

3. Delegate your tasks - At times you can't do everything yourself and this is where building a team comes in. You might not literally need a team of people working for you 24/7, but perhaps there are people that you already have around you. Can these people help you to be a little more productive? Can you can delegate some tasks to a family member? Or work with a friend that specialises in a specific field? This will help you to focus on tasks that really require your time and effort.

4. Have a routine. Allocate each day of the week to a certain area in your life. On these days work on one task at a time in 60 - 90 minutes chunks, with no more than 15min breaks in between. Plug all your tasks into a calendar. It will help you to get all your tasks planned and completed for the week. Begin your week with the end result always in your mind.

5. No phones or checking social media whilst completing any of these tasks. You think you only spent 5 minutes on Instagram but you actually spent 15 minutes scrolling, liking pictures and laughing at funny memes. Those 15 minutes take a chunk out of your productivity and work flow. So why not check your phone on your 15 minute work break? Trust me, it will help you get more work done and you will achieve the results you need! Set a timer if it helps :)

So that's it guys! Five quick tips that will help you to reclaim your time and begin making your dreams a reality.
(Side Note: That's kinda why I called this post "Yesterday Isn't Tomorrow". Ha!)
You can always make tomorrow better than today.

P.S. - I hope you guys are enjoying the new look and feel of my blog. I have some great content and lovely looks coming soon. I can't wait to share it all with you guys. Stay posted :)

I'm writing this blog post listening to Frank Oceans's song "Sierra Leone", realising how much this outfit kinda reminds me of Africa.
All the different vibrant colours, bright prints and amazing hues that you see wondering though a fabric market in Lagos.

I picked up this cute number from Missguided. The struggle I went through to buy it! It kept on getting sold out, so I had to keep refreshing my browser every morning for about one week. Finally, my size came into stock and I snapped it up as fast as I could.

The shorts are actually half price now, so you can get it for even cheaper than I bought it for at £10.

I've already worn this about 500 times, I love it that much. Wish I bought it earlier in the summer though, because its super cold in London now. Looking forward to winter anyone?

Where has this sudden obsession with Yellow come from? I'm not too sure, but I'm not complaining!

I love this Mango sweater, its perfect for autumn whilst the weather transitions into autumn and decides whether it wants to be hot or cold (lol).

Although I'm a sunshine lover, Autumn has always been my favorite time of the year (fashion-wise). Mainly because I enjoy playing around with layers and all the different textures (*cough* fur & leather *cough*) that you can't really get away with weather in warmer weather.

As winter approaches I can't help but reflect on all the amazing things that have happened this year.
(Don't worry, I'll be sharing more with you all from now on!)

It's also a lovely time of year because my blog will be going through some major changes and I'll be re-branding Fashinate Me.
FashinateMe is now 6 years old!
I made my first blog post on my little brothers birthday in 2011 and it's time for a fresh new start.
I look forward to not only doing fashion posts, but more on beauty, travel and lifestyle.
So, I hope you guys are as excited about my new blog, "HeyTallulah", as I am.

So stay tuned for some awesome changes on here over the next week!
